
Middle and High School picture retake day is scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 23 which is a ½ day of school. If your child was absent and have not have their picture taken yet, picture forms are available in the 6-12 Office or you can order online at www.mylifetouch.com and use the Picture Day ID EVT87P4JK. If your child already had their picture taken and you are not completely satisfied with their portrait, please have your child bring the complete packet of pictures with them on Tuesday to give to the photographer. If you have any questions, please contact the 6-12 Office at 989-823-8534.

Hello Vulcan Families, we will have a double run tonight on the Duck Bus #20-11. Students riding the Duck bus will be dropped off later than normal.

Vulcan Families: The following letter has been mailed and will be sent through Skyward today to all families. The consent to test form was created in an effort to minimize the number of phone calls being made to parents during the school day. When completing the form, please check what options of testing you consent to. If the form is returned and no box is checked someone from the district will try to contact you for clarification.



The Vassar Public School District is engaging all stakeholders in a conversation about Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Funds (ESSER) to address learning recovery from the impact of COVID-19. These funds are designated for one-time or short-term expenditures to address the ongoing impact of the pandemic. The Administration of Vassar Public Schools is seeking feedback from all district and community stakeholders to help determine how the district should best utilize these resources to address unfinished learning, ongoing COVID-19 recovery and Federal Program grant funds. Today the Varsity Cross Country team competed in the Division 3 Regional Meet at Delta College. The course was wet and muddy making it difficult for runners. Junior Ashley Shindorf placed 8th to earn a medal. Shindorf was also the first individual qualifier to earn her place at the State meet. The Cross Country State Meet will once again be held at Michigan International Speedway in Brooklyn Saturday. Congratulations on a great season to all our Vulcan runners!
