Good Evening, 6-12 Families! Students in grades 6, 7, and 12 will have no school tomorrow, Wednesday, April 9, due to PSAT and SAT testing. Students in grades 8-11 will be dismissed at approximately 1 pm, lunch will be provided, and a special bus run will occur for these students. Elementary students will have a normal school day. As a reminder, phones, smart watches, headphones, and other electronic devices are prohibited in testing rooms. Any student who brings these items to school on April 9th must turn them in. Please ask your student to leave electronics at home on testing day if possible. Due to testing, there will be no early bird or tech center. Thank you for your cooperation.

🎉 Family Engagement Night: Celebrating Black and Women's History Month 🎉 Dear Vulcan Families, We are excited to invite you to a special Family Engagement Night on Tuesday, April 8th, at 5:00 PM! This event will take place in our high school auditorium and is a fantastic opportunity for our community to come together in celebration of Black History Month and Women's History Month. Let’s explore the powerful contributions of Black individuals throughout history! Here’s what we have planned for the evening: ✨ The Periodic Table of Black History Our students have worked hard to create a unique, educational Periodic Table of Black History. This project highlights significant figures, events, and achievements that have shaped our world. You’ll have the chance to explore this incredible project and learn from the students who brought it to life! 🎬 Movie Screening: Hidden Figures After exploring the Periodic Table, we’ll enjoy a screening of the inspiring film, Hidden Figures. This movie tells the incredible story of three African American women mathematicians who made pivotal contributions to NASA’s space missions. Their story is a testament to perseverance and brilliance. This is a family-friendly event with popcorn and cookies available. Good Evening, Vulcan Families! Tomorrow, Friday, March 28, 2025, will be a half-day for students due to staff professional development in the afternoon. Central students will be released at 12:05, and 6-12 students will be released at 11:45.

Hello! The Camel Bus schedule has been updated. Double runs will only occur on: Mon: PM Tue: AM Wed: AM Thur: AM If another sub becomes available for those runs, we will send out further information. Thank you!

Hello Vulcan Families! The Camel bus will be a double run for the AM and PM routes on Wednesday, March 19th. The Camel will also be a double run for the AM route only on Thursday, March 20th and the PM run on Friday, March 21st. Thank you!

Hello Vulcan Families! Due to an event that ran long, the Elephant bus will be running later than normal. Students will be kept at Central, as with a double run. Please expect the bus to arrive about half an hour later than normal. We deeply apologize.

Hello Vulcans! For the week of March 10th through 14th, the Horse bus will remain on the combo route for the AM run. For the PM, there will be doubles on Tuesday and Friday. Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, the students will be dropped off at normal times. Thank you!
