Thanks to Mrs. Ashley Sunday, 4th grade teacher for earning a grant to purchase 2 Little Libraries for Central (one for younger students and one for older students). Pick up a book to read or donate books to it as needed and enjoy!

The 6th grade will leave on Monday for their chance to explore Hartley! Make sure to get your packet completed and turned in to Mrs. Scribner or Mr. Heinrich by Friday.

IT'S TIME FOR CAMP HARTLEY!!!!
Parents of 5th and 6th grade students:
Please remember to turn in your Camp Hartley paperwork as soon as possible. We need to have an accurate count by Thursday. This is an amazing experience for the students. We would love to see every 5th and 6th grader attend. Paperwork needs to be turned in by Thursday, but you may turn in your final payment next week if needed. If you have any questions please email Ann Auernhamer at aauernhamer@vassar.k12.mi.us.
Central Families,
Please note that dismissal at Central will be different this year. The busses will be picking students up in the bus circle and circling back around to exit onto Division Street where they will head to the high school. Families who are picking up their children will need to wait to exit until all of the busses have left Central's parking lot. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping everyone safe.
Secondly, if you do not have access to Skyward, please call the school. It is very important that you are able to login as many of our forms will be online there that need to be filled out.

Central Vulcan Families,
There has been some confusion about our session dates so this message is to clarify that information.
1st Session (June 7-18): Reach for the Stars: Explore the Solar System while you camp out.
2nd Session (June 21-25 and July 12-16): Wild about Learning: Be a scientist as you explore
plants, animals, and insects.
3rd Session (July 19-30): Dive into Summer: Explore our wet world.
4th Session (August 2-13): Where the Adventure Begins: Be a problem-solving sleuth.
Central Vulcan Achieve Camp will take place Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. and breakfast, lunch, and transportation will be provided. If you have questions about which sessions that your student has enrolled in or if your student is unable to attend their scheduled session, please contact Mrs. Moore at 823-8566 or tlmoore@vassar.k12.mi.us.
