The summer feeding program for children 0-18 and all special needs children 0-26 has returned. Join us every Monday from 3:30-5:30 at Townsend North to obtain 7 days of breakfast and lunch. If a holiday falls on Monday we will move meal pick up that week to Tuesday.
We are so excited to welcome back our students on Monday, August 30th. To kick off the upcoming school year we invite all of our Vulcan families to join us for a drive-thru style Open House! District staff will be on site to welcome families from 5-7pm. See the flier below for more information
Attention Vassar students in grades 9-12 who are interested in playing football this season. Please come to the practice field behind the high school beginning at 3 o'clock to get your helmet for the season. Practice will take place from 4-7.

For the last year, our food service workers have worked in the rain, sleet, snow, and heat to provide children in our community with 7 days of breakfast and lunch. Thank you to all our food service staff for making sure no kid goes hungry!

Attention Summer School Parents!
Our 6-12 students were having so much fun on their field trip, that they lost track of time! This means our summer school students who ride the bus home will arrive roughly half an hour later than normal.

Good Evening Vulcan Families! If you still have a school issued Chromebook and/or charging cable please return these items as soon as possible. All Chromebooks need to be inventoried and up dates need to be completed prior to the students return to learning. Please contact the Superintendent's Office at (989) 823-8535 option 1 to make arrangements to return these items.

Conditioning will start this week for any 9-12 grade student interested in Cross Country. Students will meet Monday through Thursday evenings at the Vassar Fairgrounds on Cass Ave begining at 6:00. No experience necessary! Just show up with a pair of athletic shoes, and some water. If you're interested but can't make it, let us know we can work something out. Feel free to contact Coach Stacy Esterline or Coach Chelsea Mata if you have any questions. Watch for conditioning updates for other grade levels, those dates will be avalible soon!
