📢 Late Start Days – Important Information for K-12 Families
Vassar Public Schools will have Late Start Days on the following dates:
September 24, November 12, March 11, April 22, and May 6.
We understand there may be times when you need to drop your student off at their regular start time instead of the late start. For these days, staff will be available at 7:45 AM to greet students. Options will include study hall and enrichment activities until the regular school day begins at 9:50 AM.

The Meet Up and Eat Up summer feeding program for children 0-18 and all special needs children 0-26 is coming! Make plans to join us weekdays July 7 thru July 25 at Central Elementary, where our food service program will provide breakfast and lunch free of charge. Breakfast will be served from 7:45-8:45, while lunch will be served from 10:45-12:45. Daycares, students, and non-district students may all participate but must eat on the premises.
We made it! As the school year comes to a close, we just want to say thank you for being such a big part of our school community. It’s been a great year, and we’re so proud of all the hard work and accomplishments from our students.
We hope you have an amazing summer, full of fun, rest, and sunshine!
