REQUEST FOR DISTRICT INFORMATION (FOIA):
It is the policy of the Board to provide all persons with full and complete information regarding the affairs of the School District and the official acts of those who represent them as elected officials and public employees. This statement of policy is made in compliance with state and federal statutes, including Public Act No. 442 of the Michigan Public Acts of 1976 (the "Act"). The District shall comply with, and incorporate all amendments and revisions of law, and the district shall comply with them.
The Freedom of Information Act coordinator is the Superintendent. All FOIA requests should be addressed to the Superintendent and delivered to the district office.
