Library Rules

The library is open between the hours of 8:00 am to 12:20 pm and 12:50 pm to 3:30 pm.

The following rules are enforced:

1. During closed library sessions, when another class is recieving instructions, students may obtain admission to the library only by securing a pass from the teacher in charge.


2. During class periods, students are not allowed in the library without a library pass issued by their teacher.


3. All library books and magazines may be borrowed for a period of two weeks and may be renewed for another two weeks upon request. (The only time that material cannot be renewed is when it has been requested by another student.)


4. General reference books may not be taken from the library


5. Overdue fines of five cents per day will be charged to students with late materials. Students with overdues will not be allowed to check out any other library materials until the late materials are returned.


6. Students are responsible for loss of or damage to materials they sign out.
